DBS Group's Chief Executive Officer, Piyush Gupta

Since 2009, Piyush Gupta has served as the DBS Group's chief executive officer and director. With its headquarters in Singapore, DBS is one of Asia's top financial services groups. Currently, Piyush serves as Vice-Chairman of the Institute of International Finance in Washington, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Singapore Management University, and Vice-Chairman of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) Executive Committee.

Piyush holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) Degree in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, India. For his exceptional services to the country in 2020, Piyush received the Public Service Star from the President of Singapore. He has received the highest honour bestowed on the Indian diaspora by the Indian government, the 2023 Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award.
